My name is Ace Finn and I'm a 15 year old male. I've been told I resemble Miura Haruma but there's a whole lot more to me than that.

I come from a place where ....

I was sent to a... facility... because no one wanted to be responsible for me. My father wanted nothing to do with me. My foster family couldn't handle me, said my attempts at my life were just too much and I needed help. I only wanted to be with my mother, the only person who loved me and really ever cared for me. But she died, because I didn't stop her from going to work, from flying that plane. She lost control of it due to something the FAA came to me and said was a 'freak accident,' but it didn't matter. She was dead, and nothing mattered then anymore.

Except Nate... he matters, I think. I met him there and I let him draw on me. I think at first I fell in love with his art. He drew me dying, like he could read into my soul, or something. I kept going back to him to let him draw, and at some point I fell in love with him. I'm afraid to tell him, because I know that I'm going to end everything someday, and I don't want him to have that burden. But I think if I keep myself up any longer, I'll have to tell him. And if I tell him, I'll have to live for him. I think I could, maybe.

As for anyone else, well, I don't have anyone else. As I said, my father only noticed my existence when he was drunk and I was the target. My grandparents live so far away that contact just... isn't easy.

All in all, I'm just very confused about everything, so that fact, and Nate, are what keep me going. I want to think things will be better tomorrow but I don't actually think they will be.

Ace opens his eyes... his lips are dry and cracked. His skin is red hot, despite the soft waves caressing his legs every now and then and he's covered in scratches and bruises. Ace is a survivor though. The ship he was on has crashed upon the shore. Time to make tracks though. The Pirates are coming... but how would Ace know that right? He's just randomly popped onto the island.

Ace gets to stay where he is but did you really think you'd be free forever? You've landed yourself right in the middle of a bunch of pirates and have become A pirate. Will Bull notice that you're the coconut boy?

You went to sleep in your safe little hidding place with the girl you befriended and now you're being rudely awoken by a rough tug. A pirate is in your face saying you need to go scout the shore for cast aways with him. You're dressed in pirate gear. A perfect cover but will you be able to manage not giving yourself away? Don't run! They will know then!
