My name is Brandon Emmersonand I'm a twenty six year old male. I've been told I resemble Shiloh Fernandez but there's a whole lot more to me then that.

I come from a place where ....

I was the councillor to a group of young mutants. I was the one who dealt in drug abuse victims which is harder when you're blind really but I could work out what they were hiding just by listening to the tone of their voices. I was born with site but by the age of two, I'd lost my site due to a very rare condition. I also lost my parents when I was about seven years of age. Where I'm from, those who are gifted with supernatural power are taken to an island to be experimented on.

It's a frigthening reality and I don't really find it even remotely easy to deal with. This is why I tend to blend in. My power involves snatching abilities from anyone who happens to be touching me at the time. That's a real horror when I'm faced mutants with difficult powers. I grew up with a friend of mine called Reece and his parents, Cryssa and Chase Turner though I'm still an Emmerson. His twin siblings were quite the hand full. I was also given a dog called Britney but I soon became aware that my dog was replaced by a shape shifter when I began to shape shift myself after touching her.

This happened about a year ago. I think Reece has something to do with that anyway. He became increasingly fond of Brits really about a year ago. That's how long I've known and that's how long I've kept quiet about it. Whom ever this shifter is, I think she needs protection and I'm willing to provide it for her.

And now you will see that I am very much Mutant.

First it's quite and then the clank of beer mugs, cheer of voices and general rowdiness of what seems like a pub, filters in. Where has Brandon found himself now? In the middle of a pub, that's where, and the tight uniform he has on tells him that something had definitely changed...

Luckily Brandon gets to stay in the Kingdom of Austreos realm but he's been demoted from the queen's Royal gaurd to simply being a Knight. I see lots of travelling ahead.

A knock on the door startles you awake and you get from your bed. In your doorway two knights are there to announce that you have been chosen to serve in the King's Knighthood and a replacement will be found for the Queen's personal gaurd. Is the King that jealous? The knights also mention that they are leaving on an excursion. Fantastic... no goodbyes...

And just as the queen predicted, Brandon is swept away to the Island of Farnaze and into the wonderful world of being an amazonian slave.
